Jeffrey Chmay

Prior to law school, Jeff spent almost a decade working in public education, primarily as a high school band director. Since attending law school, Jeff has been involved in various practice areas with experience in criminal defense and family law and will intern summer 2024 at Campbell Durrant, a Pittsburgh firm that focuses on public labor and employment. Jeff has served as a research assistant for Dean April Barton and received both the CALI Award and Best Brief Award for Legal Research & Writing.

Rachel Barr

Rachel joins the Executive Board as a 4E in the Duquesne Kline School of Law Evening Division. She currently works in the Office of Research and Innovation at Duquesne, where she assists faculty members with research funding proposals and related intellectual property pursuits. Upon graduation, she will continue to pursue a career in intellectual property.

Brian C. Davis Jr.

Prior to law school, Brian attended the Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree in Film Studies. He previously worked for G. Clinton Kelley, a personal injury attorney in Pittsburgh. While in law school, Brian has focused on Healthcare, Appellate, and Administrative law and will be a 2024 Summer Associate at Burns White. Outside of the Law Review, Brian is a member of the Duquesne Appellate Moot Court Board and also serves as the Co-President of the Duquesne Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Katherine P. Staley

Katherine is a 3L student interested in pursuing a career in criminal defense. During her 1L and 2L summers, she interned at the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender and took on an externship during her 2L year at the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel. She is a teaching assistant for Professor Joseph Mistick and a member of the Public Interest Law Organization.

Jack W. Bradley

Prior to law school, Jack attended Penn State University for his bachelor’s degree and Georgetown University for his master’s degree.  While in law school, Jack has focused on Corporate and Sports law and will be a 2024 Summer Associate at Benesch Law. Outside of the Law Review, Jack serves as the Co-President of the Duquesne Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Levi Keys

Prior to pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Duquesne Law, Levi was privileged to study at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, majoring in Politics and minoring in Legal Studies. It was during this time that he began to focus on the skill of writing, a focus that would continue throughout his time at Duquesne Law in Legal Research and Writing, 1L year, Law Review, 2L year, and serving as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. While he is incredibly thankful for the opportunities he has had academically, the greatest joy of his life is getting to be the husband of his wife Sarah and the father of their daughter, Gail.
