This Thursday, March 13th, Juris Magazine will be hosting a panel discussion entitled “Getting Published: A Law Student’s Guide.” Legal writing can be a dense, and sometimes less accessible than traditional magazine or newspaper articles. Thus, the panel will be focusing on how law students can transform their legal “know-how” into an interesting and publishable op-ed piece.
Information discussing the second-annual op-ed writing competition held by Juris will be discussed, including how to win the 1st place cash prize of $250.
The panel will be held from 12:00 p.m.- 1:15 p.m. in Room 204. We look forward to seeing many interested students there!
